Define the role of each channel
Instagram may show products, atmosphere or work in progress; a website can hold durable service detail, contact paths and searchable answers. Ads can amplify a clear offer but should lead to a relevant page or conversation. The right mix depends on the customer journey, not on a blanket rule that every business must post everywhere.
What a management agreement should specify
- Which accounts and languages are covered, and who retains administrator access.
- Who creates photos, video, copy, design and translations.
- How many formats are planned and how approvals and revisions work.
- Whether publishing, comment or message replies and paid ads are included.
- Which actions are reviewed: enquiries, bookings, qualified messages or other meaningful signals.
Content that fits a local business
A restaurant can show current menu items and atmosphere; a studio can explain its process and show permitted work; a service provider can answer recurring customer questions. Multilingual communication may help if the business serves more than one language audience, but translations should be accurate and maintained. Avoid stock claims or customer quotes you cannot verify.
Review the system, not only the feed
Check whether profiles contain accurate contact details and whether links lead somewhere useful. Agree on a repeatable process for collecting content. Review what types of posts lead to relevant conversations, then adapt the plan. A polished feed without account ownership, a response process or a clear offer is a fragile investment.
Set a practical first-month brief
Choose the customers to reach, the most important service or offer and the action you want them to take. Gather approved images and answers to common questions. Decide which information needs a version in another language and who can approve it. Then request a calendar with proposed topics and formats before production begins. This allows the business to correct details early instead of asking for last-minute revisions to a finished reel or campaign.
At the end of the month, review a small set of meaningful signals: qualified messages, booking requests, useful website visits and recurring questions. Likes may help diagnose content appeal, but they should not be presented as proof of business growth.
